Assure – the only way to be certain of the result you are getting

As independent advisors we do not supply or install equipment or infrastructure. Our role is to supervise projects and subject suppliers to a rigorous checking process to ensure what they deliver complies with global industry best practice, industry standards and other relevant building code and regulatory requirements.

We’ve completed over 1500 projects nationwide so we’ve seen the good, the bad and the downright ugly. Our job is to make sure you get the good.

So what does it mean to be TorqueIP ‘Assured’?

  • You receive our plain English, independent assessment of the existing infrastructure and the proposed plans for change – you will be making informed decisions and able to make considered evaluations without having to have a high-level of technical knowledge yourself.
  • You know that in issuing an RFP for the project we are acting in your best interests alone and will have thoroughly vetted the suppliers and the products we are recommending as being fit for the project.
  • We have open project meetings and maintain thorough documentation in a secure online environment that you can access at any time – there are no surprises.
  • At the end of the project we make an independent assessment of the work completed to ensure that the required standards have been met and that the project won’t be signed off until that compliance is met.
“We have a huge responsibility to assure the stakeholders in our schools – students, staff, Trustees, Ministry – have all the correct information to make the best decisions possible. We need to ensure we reduce our ‘I don’t know what I don’t know’ position to the least possible. No project of the magnitude of those in the SNUP programme should venture far without expert advice.”
