Large Retirement Villages
This project involved 10 large-scale villages in Christchurch, Nelson, Wellington, Auckland, Waikato and Napier.
Torque IP is responsible for professional design and engineering services relating to UFB reticulation, ICT, Nurse Call, Security and AV Infrastructure. Designs commenced in 2017 with a target completion in December 2020. Torque IP was chosen due to its ability to deliver high quality design and mission critical infrastructure taking into account the Councils 20-year vision.
