We have produced system designs and specifications in line with NZCIC guidelines, issued tenders, managed the procurement process including evaluation weighting and recommendations, and provided construction observation and post installation documentation sign-off.

Learn moreThese two projects, the Gallagher Drive Warehouse and Outpatients and Collingwood Street Developments include a 6500m2 distribution centre inclusive of offices and clinical spaces. The projects required services engineering inclusive of design of the structured cabling system, CCTV, Nurse Call System and the Security System. It required two isolated networks to support two independent clients operating in unison out of the same premises. This SOW entailed the production of system designs and specifications in line with NZCIC guidelines, tender issue, managing the procurement process including evaluation weighting and recommendations, construction observation and post installation documentation sign-off.
Torque IP was subsequently appointed to work with the DHB on the AV design and integration of the CBD Farmers building in Hamilton.
