We are thrilled to announce that Torque IP have won the 2024 BICSI South Pacific Excellence in ICT Infrastructure Design Award! Rey and Cas from Torque IP took the trip to Sydney to attend the awards evening.
The Project: Te Pā o Rākaihautū School in Linwood (Year 1-15) Christchurch, had been struggling with poor Wi-Fi coverage and speed. Torque IP was approached by the Ministry of Education to investigate the problems, make recommendations and manage their implementation.
We undertook an end-to-end solution implementation, including project management, procuring the contractors, handling budgets and variations, handling client expectation and coordinating all the different trades on-site.
The Result: By measuring, designing, project managing and monitoring the outcome, the client got what they needed, a fit-for-purpose solution that actually worked.
