Making an Impact Through Technology – Welcome Zoë Page
Detail-oriented, people-focused, and passionate about meaningful work, Zoë joins Torque IP to help deliver projects that create real impact.
We’re excited to introduce Zoë Page, who has joined our team to help keep projects running smoothly and with purpose.
Welcome to Torque IP, Zoë! Can you tell us a little bit about yourself and what brought you to this role?
I’m naturally drawn to detail-oriented work and tasks that require focus and precision. Alongside this, my experience across a variety of fields has shown me that I also love connecting with people and finding ways to support them. This role felt like a natural step into something new where I can contribute to meaningful work that has a real impact.
What kind of work or projects have you enjoyed most in the past?
I enjoy projects that put people first, making their experience better. The most rewarding work is when I can see a positive difference for others.
You’ve joined at an exciting time, with Torque IP working on projects like Ngā Iti Kahurangi. What excites you about being involved in projects that have a social impact through technology?
I really appreciate that Torque IP’s work goes beyond processes to genuinely benefit people. Seeing technology used to create opportunities and break down barriers has a real impact.
What’s something that stood out to you during your first few weeks on the job?
From my first day, the team has been incredibly welcoming and supportive. Everyone is approachable, passionate about their work, and happy to help one another, which makes it a fun and positive environment.
When you’re not keeping projects running smoothly, what do you like to do in your spare time?
I love music, hanging out with my husband, taking our dog for adventures, and spending time with friends. I really enjoy connecting with people and having meaningful chats.
What’s the best piece of advice you’ve ever received?
“It’s not what you are surrounded with, it’s what you are connected to.” It reminds me that real value comes from relationships and purpose, both at work and in life.
